Dunn Property Group has completed the sale of the Stocker Plaza, a four building, 78,000-square-foot office project, situated on 3.25 acres of land. Located in the Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw District, the building is adjacent to the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza. The purchase price $13,327,500.

The seller, Stocker Plaza Associates, LLC was represented by Michael J. Dunn, president of Dunn Property Group. The Buyer was Stocker Holdings, LLC, an investment group led by Sharp Capital and Cole Capital Group.

The property is part of a larger acreage that Mr. Dunn’s grandfather, Charles J. Dunn, entitled and sold for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles to the developer that constructed the current improvements in the 1950s. 

 “Stocker Plaza had a significant amount of investor interest as an office project and as a redevelopment opportunity,” said Dunn. “The anticipated opening of the Crenshaw/LAX light rail line and other developments in the area created investor interest from a variety of buyers. Sharp Capital’s proven track record and long term view of the acquisition made them the logical buyer.”

Planetary Society Shoots for the Stars

The Planetary Society of leased 8,000 sq. ft. at 60 So. Los Robles, Pasadena, CA. The 10 year lease is valued at $1,750,000.00. Michael J. Dunn of Dunn Property Group represented the Planetary Society in the lease transaction. Founded in 1980, the Planetary Society's mission is to empower the world's citizens to advance science and exploration. 

Pacific Clinics Inks Lease

Pacific Clinics recently signed a lease for 31,571 sq. ft. of office space located at 3250 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles. They will be relocating from another office building in the area in the third quarter of 2016. Pacific Clinics, Pacific Clinics is providing leading-edge behavioral healthcare services across the life-span to diverse populations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. Michael J. Dunn of Dunn Property Group represented Pacific Clinics in the $7,300,000.00 transaction.

1200 wilshire building sells

1200 Wilshire Building Ltd. has sold 1200 Wilshire Boulevard, a six story, 91,000 square foot office building located in downtown Los Angeles. The multi tenant office building was built in 1971 by Richard and Joseph Dunn and was designed by Langdon Wilson. The project was purchased by Sharp Capital. Michael J. Dunn represented the Seller.

Johnson Controls leases 30,000 square feet of office space


Johnson Controls, Inc. has leased 30,000 square feet of office space at 4100 Guardian Street, Simi Valley.  The six year lease was valued at $3,000,000.00.  Michael J. Dunn represented the property owner, Dunn Simi L.P.

JADE Range Leases Brea Warehouse

Jade Range leased 80,000 square feet of warehouse space at 2650 Orbiter Street, Brea. Jade Products manufacturers heavy duty commercial range ovens and related equipment and is a member company of the Middleby Corporation. Dunn Property Group represented the Landlord is this transaction.

CareMore leases 303 So. Union, Los Angeles


CareMore, a senior health care provider, has leased 20,000 square feet at 303 So. Union Ave., Los Angeles.  The 7 year lease was valued at The project was sold by Dunn Property Group in 2010 and was the former home of the Rampart Detective Division of the Los Angeles Police Department.

EDM Consulting leases office space at 4100 Guardian

EDM Consulting , Inc. has leased 9,000 square feet at 4100 Guardian Street, Simi Valley.  The engineering firm has been based in the Simi Valley marketplace since 1996 and had outgrown their previous offices.  

Buffalo Wilds Wings comes to Pasadena


Buffalo Wild Wings® has leased 6,000 square feet at 1000 So. XYPRO Technology  has leased 15,350 square feet of office at 4100 Guardian Street, Simi Valley.  The computer security firm has been based in the Simi Valley marketplace since 1980 and had outgrown their previous offices.
