Mike has over thirty years of commercial real estate experience.  His industry experience includes an extensive background in investment sales, land sales, landlord and tenant representation.  His brokerage expertise has a focus in Southern California.  He has consistently performed in complex brokerage transactions, while maintaining his excellent working knowledge of the trends and major principals in the Southern California commercial real estate market. 

Mike began his career in commercial real estate with a regional full service firm based in downtown Los Angeles in the mid 1980's.  He quickly established a position as a top performing broker in the downtown and Mid Wilshire market areas.  He represented a wide variety of clients and became the area expert for commercial property sales and specialized in representing tenants relocating from the Wilshire Center market into downtown Los Angeles.

He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 1997 where he assumed the responsibility for managing operations for the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley brokerage offices, leading a brokerage team of over 50 agents.  He was directly responsible for production, recruiting, training and operations of the firm.  

He founded Dunn Property Group in 2005 and continues to provide clients with exceptional results delivered with highest level of service and integrity.
