Kenneth E. Horn is responsible for brokerage activities in the central Los Angeles region with an emphasis on industrial real estate.

EXPERIENCE / EXPERTISE

Kenneth E. Horn is a thirty year veteran of the industrial real estate market in the central Los Angeles market.  Ken brings combines an in-depth background in industrial real estate as an owner and an agent representing owners and users.  In addition to thirty years of brokerage experience, he is actively involved in ownership positions in eleven industrial buildings in Vernon and Los Angeles.

His range of experience on the ownership side offers a distinctive viewpoint to Dunn Property Group clients.  From buyer representation to the disposition of the 305,000 sq. ft. U.S. Steel fabricating site at Slauson and Alameda to a continual 25 year landlord agency of 60,000 sq. ft. of industrial building in Vernon.

Ken was associated with Dorin Realty Company, Inc. in Los Angeles before beginning a ten year association with Time Commercial Realty, where he primarily represented the Korean business communities industrial real estate needs.
